  • Better together.

    Small group coaching is offered occasionally and blends the coaching you receive in the Personal Strategy Session (fitness & nutrition programming) with the accountability of a small group of women.

  • Train with me 1:1 at our gym at the farm. Training includes a custom fitness routine (what I recommend on your days we don’t train together) and a nutritional consult at the start of training.

    I require a commitment of training at least 2x per week.
