    This unique personalized program is designed to help you optimize your metabolism (think muscle building, fat burning machine) through fitness programming, nutritional guidance and more.

    This doesn’t have to be a complete life overhaul, but it does require willingness to change and to commit for 4 weeks minimum. For local clients, there is an option to include in-person strength training.

Thank you so much for your interest in working with me to achieve your goals. There are a lot of fitness and health coaches out there and I know it can be overwhelming trying to find the right person for you. 

So let me tell you a little bit more about where my strengths lie in the ability to help you achieve success. 

Over 15 years as a fitness trainer has given me the ability to determine the right balance of strength training, cardio and high intensity exercise that you need to support your goals. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science which includes extensive, science-backed knowledge about fitness programming that allows me to tailor a program just for you. My recommendations go beyond “You need strength training”. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. The problem with group fitness and virtual fitness programs (i.e. Peloton and other apps) is that they are not personalized and will only take you so far.  Realistically, your busy-life will likely necessitate the convenience of using fitness classes and that is OK! Plus they can be fun and offer a sense of community. I have the ability to look at what these classes offer (and there are some legit ones out there!) and determine the right balance for you.

When it comes to nutritional guidance, my goal is to help you understand how to balance your nutritional intake and get to a place where it becomes a part of your routine. Tracking your intake is an important part of the journey, but it isn’t forever.

As a busy mom in her 40s and someone who has most recently gone through a debilitating health challenge, I understand the complexities of trying to heal our bodies. When it comes to this first and foremost, I have empathy. Personally, I still deal with the repercussions of being infected with Lyme disease on a daily basis. I get it!

There is a lot of targeted marketing out there about supplements and “food is medicine”. Your diet, exercise and health habits are a critical part of achieveing your goals and supporting your overall health journey. But it isn’t the only answer. If you struggle with bigger health issues, we take this into consideration, and I am happy to recommend other holistic medical practitioners, if you’d like.

One of the biggest aspects of working together is accountability and modifying the plan as we go along. From you, all I need is your commitment and willingness to give it your full effort.
